Competences acquired/developed by the participants in the group mobilities for lower secondary and primary school pupils, according to the Erasmus-plan:

• Literacy; 
• Multilingualism;
• Digital and technology-based competences;
• Interpersonal skills, and the ability to adopt new competences;
• Active citizenship; 
• Cultural awareness and expression. 

Competences acquired/developed by the participants in the job-shadowing activities according to the Erasmus-plan:  

• ICT skills for teaching and assessment of formal and non-formal activities;
• Learning to learn, personal competences;
• Intercultural dialogue and international collaboration;
• Integrating digital teaching and assessment tools and resources for more inclusive practices;
• Critical and creative thinking, problem solving;
• Language competences.
